Administrators can control organization-wide access to MindManager features in the MindManager Customer Admin Portal. When access to MindManager features and services is modified, changes are applied in 24 hours or the next time the end user restarts the application.
Any content that users have created with features or services that administrators disable is deleted. Users receive an email notifying them of the deletion of this data.
This setting applies to version 22.1 or higher for MindManager Windows, MindManager Mac, MindManager Chromebook, and MindManager Web.
MindManager Snap is a content-capturing tool that allows users to save and reuse content. If you disable MindManager Snap, licensed users lose access to their existing Snap content.
This setting applies to version 22.1 or later for MindManager Windows, MindManager Mac, MindManager for Microsoft Teams, MindManager Chromebook, and MindManager Web.
If your organization has not verified domains for single sign-on (SSO), disabling this feature prevents users from using it, but content already gathered by MindManager Snap will not be deleted. You should inform users in your organization to delete their Snap content before disabling. If you want to delete their Snap content, you must verify your email domains using the SSO setup process. For more information about SSO, see Single sign-on (SSO) setup.
If you disable publishing maps online, licensed users lose access to any online maps that they’ve published.
