MindManager licenses can be assigned in the MindManager Customer Admin Portal. Licenses can be assigned to multiple user simultaneously by importing a CSV file.

You can also use automatic provisioning to grant and manage access to MindManager licenses in your organization. For more information, see Automatic provisioning.

To assign a MindManager license

1 Sign in to your MindManager Customer Admin Portal.
2 Click Administrate for the product that you want to assign.
The administration page for the product displays expiry date, License Key, a breakdown of total available and used licenses for the product, and a list of users and their status.
3 Click Add/Manage Users.
4 In the Authorize users to use your license field, enter an email address for the new user.
5 Enable the Add/Append option.
6 Click Submit.

To assign a MindManager license to multiple users

1 Sign in to your MindManager Customer Admin Portal.
2 Click Administrate for the product that you want to assign.
The administration page for the product displays expiry date, License Key, a breakdown of total available and used licenses for the product, and a list of users and their status.
3 Click Add/Manage Users.
4 Enable the Add/Append option.
5 Click Import CSV to add multiple users listed in a CSV file.
6 Navigate to the CSV file, and click Open.

3 Click Add/Manage Users.
4 Enable the Add/Append option.
5 Click Automatic Provisioning.
